We are a small home cattery run by Sean Donovan and family in Waterford, Virginia, in western Loudoun County. We have been raising Himalayan and Persian cats since 1995, and every kitten grows up in the house with us, never in a cage.

What to look for in a Virginia breeder

Virginia law and your kitten
Virginia requires cats to be vaccinated against rabies. Our kittens go home with their first set of shots, and because of our long relationship with our vet we can offer the first rabies shot, and spay or neuter, at discounted rates.
